Island Peak Trekking

Island Peak trek takes into the high valleys of the Khumbu region to the Eastern part of Nepal. This trek provides magnificent views of the tremendous Khumbu peaks as acclimatize for the trekking ahead.  And also, have the opportunity of conquering Imjatse Peak (6200 m). This trip offers you not only enchanting views of Mt, Everest (8848m.) Lhotse (8516m) Amadablam (6856m.) and numerous others peaks; draws your attention towards monasteries and traditional Sherpa villages. Such a massive glance of the Himalayan peaks can create in you a pleasant wave of internal felicity. Our adventure begins with a short flight to Lukla and two days of easy walking to Namche Bazaar. On the way up, there is also time to explore this magnificent valley towards the fourth and fifth lake and submit some of the nameless peaks, for the best view of Everest in the whole of the Khumbu Valley. Our camp at Gorakshep (5160 m) provides time to walk up to Kalapattar (5545 m) for the classic views of Everest's Southwest face, Lhotse, Nuptse and Khumbu icefall. Whilst, Imjatese peak is within the capabilities of any fit and determined hill walker but it can be demanding and it requires some basic climbing experience. The trek descends through the Khumbu classic route via Tyangboche, Namche, to Lukla to fly back to Katmandu the following day.
