Namtso & Yangpachen-Tsurphu Tour

Namtso lake,situated in the nomadic county of Damshung, which is both the highest and biggest salt-water lake in the world, and the highest of Tibet’s three largest lakes and the second largest salt lake in China. While there, you can meet nomads and see the nomads' way of life, as well as get a great view of Mt. Nyincheng Thangla and visit the famous hot springs in Yangbacheng.

Norbulingka  is a palace and surrounding park in Lhasa, Tibet built from 1755. Literally is called ‘The Jewelled Park’. Norbulingka Palace is situated in the west side of Lhasa, a short distance to the southwest of Potala Palace. Norbulingka covers an area of around 36 hectares (89 acres) and considered to be the largest man made garden in Tibet.  Norbulingka is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and was added as an extension of this Historic Ensemble in 2001.

Day 01 Fly to Lhasa

Day 02 Sightseeing
AM:Drepung Monastery PM:Jokhang Temple
Drepung Monastery is one of the three larggest Gelukpa monasteries in Tibet.

Day 03 Sightseeing
AM:Potala Palace PM:Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Palace (World Heritage site)

Day 04 Drive to Ganden Monastery
Drive to Ganden Monastery and hike around mountain and back to Lhasa Overnight Shangbala & Keychu Hotel (140km) 3hrs

Day 05 Drive to Namtso Lake
Drive to Namtso Lake and sightseeing around the lake Overnight Tashi Duo Guesthouse (250km) 5hrs

Day 06 Sightseeing
Exploring at Namtso Lake and from where you can get wonderful view of Mt.Nyincheng Thangla

Day 07 Drive to Lhasa

Visit Yangbacheng Hot spring (The biggest source of Tibetan hot-spring in Tibet) and Tserpu Monastery and back to Lhasa Overnight Shangbala & Keychu Hotel (250km)5hrs
